  • $115 First Visit Fee: All new patients, except those covered by auto insuranceworkers’ compensation, or the Veterans Administration (VA), will be charged $115 on their initial visit.
  • Deductible Application:
    • If your insurance plan has a deductible, the $115 payment will be applied toward that deductible amount.
    • This means that the $115 you pay will count towards the total amount you need to pay out-of-pocket before your insurance starts covering the costs of your care.
  • Coinsurance/Copay Credit:
    • If your insurance plan requires you to pay coinsurance (a percentage of the medical bill) or a copay (a fixed amount per visit), you may receive a credit after your insurance processes the claim.
    • This credit would be for the difference between the $115 you paid and your actual out-of-pocket responsibility based on your insurance plan.
