We work with insurance companies to obtain the most current benefit information, but coverage and payment are not guaranteed and may change. Patients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider to better understand their benefits.
We accept many major insurance plans with coverage for spinal manipulation, including Regence, Moda, Providence, PacificSource, and others. Coverage varies by policy, and some plans may not include additional services such as massage or manual therapy.
If you have an annual deductible, we can help estimate your responsibility. Payments are due at the time of service, with remaining balances billed monthly. Payment plans may be available by contacting our office.
Insurance does not cover maintenance care; however, payment options are available. Service fees can be requested at any time for full transparency.
